Lansing Tattoo Con is NOT strictly “ANIME ONLY” Tattoos. All style and type of Tattoos are welcome and encouraged.
FAq’s - TICKETS
Can I buy Tickets at the Door day of the con? - Yes, Tickets for Single day or weekend admission will be sold at the box office at Lansing Center Box Office. BOX OFFICE TICKETS HAVE an additional charge.
I ordered, how do I get my ticket? - All pre-sale tickets (sold on our site) will be picked up at any WILL CALL Station at the convention. At will call present the QR code (your confirmation email from purchase) and you will get your wristband, Lanyard, and badge.
What if I lost my ticket order confirmation email? - No problem. We can look up your order by name used on the ticket order.
Can I enter with only my Badge? No, you MUST HAVE A WRISTBAND FOR ENTRY.
Is there re- entry to the con? - Yes, as long as you are wearing your wristband
Are tickets refundable or transferable? - No. but email us if you have a special situation
Is there anything I need to do for Saturday or Sunday if I have a weekend ticket? - Nope, please keep your wristband on and enter the con Sunday any time.
Are tickets sold anywhere besides this website and the Box office? NO. any ticket being listed for sale not on our website or at the Lansing Center box office is 100% A SCAM
FAq’s - GUESTS/Autos
Do voice actor guests charge for autographs? Yes, we will guests’ info of what they decide to charge on our site and socials asap. Please keep in mind that these prices are determined by guests and subject to change at their digression.
Will there be lines to meet guests? - At times, there are lines to meet guests. Please plan accordingly when expecting to meet guests. Following our Socials is a great place to get real time info during the con weekend.
What happens if a guest cancels their appearance? - Sometimes this happens, and we always work to bring back guests for one of our upcoming events. Unfortunately, convention tickets are NOT refundable. If a guest cancellation creates a reason for not wanting to attend please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
FAq’s - Convention
Are kids allowed at the convention? - Yes, Children age 10 and under are FREE admission. All attendees under the age of 16 must be with an adult. Attendees between the ages of 16 and 18 are recommended to attend with an adult.
Will there be any food or drinks at the convention? - Yes. The Lansing Center will have concessions in operation during convention hours.
Where should we enter the Venue? - Any entrance to the Lansing Center will work to find the Con located in the Main Halls A & B.
Can I wear a costume? - Yes, costumes and cosplay are encouraged. Contest info will be coming soon and for all cosplay rules see our policies page HERE
Is there a prop weapon check in?- No, if your prop weapon is seemingly real enough that you think it needs to be checked in the we’d suggest you leave it at home. Our Saftey guidlines for prop weapons can be found HERE
Can I bring in my bag or backpack? - Yes.
Can I bring a stroller for my kids? - Yes, we have wide aisles… strollers, kids, families, are ALL WELCOME
When will the Con Events Schedule be posted? Around 3- 4 weeks prior to the convention we post the Full Schedule of events.
Can I film or take pictures at the con? - For the most part Yes, you’re welcome to take still pictures and video. Recording and photos are not permitted in certain parts of the Autographing Area. Please understand that guests and/or other attendees may or may not pose for photographs/ Video. ALL Guests and Attendees have a right to their privacy and if they ask not to have their picture/video taken, please respect their wishes.
Harrassment or Safety concerns? - CONTACT CON STAFF, VENUE SECURITY, and/or POLICE Immediately. Please see our policies page HERE
Can I fly a drone? No, Drones are NOT allowed.
What should do if I’m lost or have lost someone? Immediately CONTACT CON STAFF and/or VENUE SECURITY. We have code Adam procedures in place.
Can I bring my pet(s)? - No, please leave animals at home. No Animals — except for service animals — are allowed into the convention.
Will anyone film me or take my picture if I attend the convention? We attract local and at times national press. In purchasing a ticket and in consideration for being admitted to the Event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases Tattoo City Tattoo Convention from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Tattoo City Tattoo Convention and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind at designated activities without the express written permission of Tattoo City Tattoo Convention . We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.
